- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss zucchini slices in the garlic butter mixture.
- Thread zucchini onto skewers.
- Grill or bake for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
