A delicious and easy Garlic Butter Steak & Broccoli Penne recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Return the steak to the skillet and mix with garlic and broccoli.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with red pepper flakes or parsley if desired.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality steak.
- Adjust the garlic quantity based on your preference.
