  • 4 to 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in butter until melted and combined.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
