Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, and lemon juice.
  3. Add celery, red onion, carrot, and parsley to the bowl.
  4. Mix in the cooled macaroni.
  5. Add salt, black pepper, sugar, and dill. Stir until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
