Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
  7. Fold in the dulce de leche until evenly combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
