- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Dulce de Leche
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
- Fold in the dulce de leche until evenly combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.

- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar.
