  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 23 tbsp warm water (to thin)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili flakes, and warm water until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. Add the peanut sauce to the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
