A simple and tasty crockpot recipe for meatball subs.
Ingredients

- 32 ounces frozen meatballs (beef or turkey)
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 6 hoagie rolls
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional, for toasting)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, scoop meatballs into hoagie rolls.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Optionally, toast the rolls with butter before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
