Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and beef broth to the crockpot.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. After 4 hours, add the pasta and stir.
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
