Description
A creamy and cheesy pasta dish made with ground beef and ranch seasoning, cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cups beef broth
- 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
- Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and beef broth to the crockpot.
- Mix well until combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, add the pasta and stir.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
