Description

Crispy Potato & Cheese Bombs are a delightful snack or appetizer that combines the creaminess of cheese with the texture of crispy potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes in a bowl.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, butter, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the potato balls until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
