- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cups (200 g) parmesan cheese, grated, divided
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the carrots into sticks or rounds for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and rosemary.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the mixture.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of parmesan cheese over the carrots.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until carrots are tender and cheese is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with remaining parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
