Ingredients

- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 160 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g pizza sauce
- 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50 g pepperoni slices
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil for skillet
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Preheat the cast iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- Roll out the dough and place it in the skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook on the stovetop for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
