  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon

  • Onion Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Optional: Sprinkle of parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan cheese or parsley if desired.
