Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes: 2 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- Optional: Sprinkle of parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan cheese or parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
