- 8–10 Eggs hard-boiled & chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 8 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, eggs, celery, and onion.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
