- 24 squares graham crackers
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, graham crackers, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
