Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool before glazing.
  10. For the glaze, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar.
  11. Add milk and vanilla extract to achieve desired consistency.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
