- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese.
- Add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before glazing.
- For the glaze, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to achieve desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
