Description

Ingredients

  • Wonton Wrappers: 20 pieces
  • Crab Meat: 8 oz
  • Cream Cheese: 4 oz, softened
  • Green Onions: 2, chopped finely
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
