- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook until softened.
- Add chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in cottage cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
