Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix crumble topping ingredients until crumbly.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter about 2/3 full.
  7. Sprinkle crumble topping over each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
