Description

Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are a delightful dessert combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls in a bar form.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together ½ cup softened unsalted butter and ½ cup granulated sugar.
  3. Add in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine 1½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with ¼ cup milk.
  6. Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Pour ¼ cup melted unsalted butter over the top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before frosting.
  11. For frosting, beat together 4 ounces softened cream cheese, ¼ cup softened unsalted butter, 1½ cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2–3 tablespoon milk until smooth.
  12. Spread frosting over cooled bars and cut into squares.
