Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are a delightful dessert combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls in a bar form.

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together ½ cup softened unsalted butter and ½ cup granulated sugar.
- Add in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine 1½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with ¼ cup milk.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Pour ¼ cup melted unsalted butter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting, beat together 4 ounces softened cream cheese, ¼ cup softened unsalted butter, 1½ cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2–3 tablespoon milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars and cut into squares.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Bars can be served warm or chilled.
