- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Icing from the cinnamon roll package or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them.
- Flatten each cinnamon roll to create a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of apple pie filling in the center of each circle.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
- Fold the edges of the cinnamon roll over the filling to create a pie shape.
- Place the mini pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle icing over the warm pies before serving.
