- 1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Red and green sprinkles (for decorating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the yellow cake mix, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before decorating with red and green sprinkles.
