Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (preferably creamy)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken pieces, seasoned and crisped or chicken bacon bits (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press the chicken mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a pizza crust.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the crust.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Top with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and additional Parmesan cheese.
  9. Add cooked chicken pieces or bacon bits if desired.
  10. Season with black pepper to taste and serve.
