  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Onion Powder, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth gradually, stirring continuously.
  6. Mix in heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  7. Add matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni; cook until pasta is tender.
  8. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheeses until melted.
