- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream

- Onion Powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Macaroni Noodles
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth gradually, stirring continuously.
- Mix in heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Add matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni; cook until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheeses until melted.
