Description
Cajun Deviled Eggs with a spicy twist.
Ingredients

- 6 boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard or grainy
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped sweet pickle or pickled relish
- Chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayo, creole mustard, creole seasoning, hot sauce, and sweet pickle to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped scallions.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less spice.
- Can be made a day in advance.
