- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 cup Flour Mixture
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Brioche Buns
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix Cajun seasoning with flour in a bowl.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make garlic aioli.
- Toast brioche buns lightly.
- Assemble sandwich with chicken, aioli, lettuce, and tomato on bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after frying for better juiciness.
