Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 cup Flour Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Brioche Buns
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix Cajun seasoning with flour in a bowl.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  4. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make garlic aioli.
  6. Toast brioche buns lightly.
  7. Assemble sandwich with chicken, aioli, lettuce, and tomato on bun.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
