- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- Add tortellini to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Slice chicken and add to the skillet. Toss everything together.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

- Use fresh or frozen tortellini.
