Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and blueberry jam.
- For the streusel, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle streusel topping over each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
