Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Pour in cold milk and stir until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll or pat the dough to about 1-inch thick.
  8. Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
