Description

Delicious blackberry cobbler bars with a buttery crust and fresh blackberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread blackberries evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the blackberries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Can use frozen blackberries if fresh are not available.
