Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 small green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
  2. Shred the grilled chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine red cabbage, green cabbage, carrot, green onions, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix the coleslaw until well combined.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and add a layer of BBQ chicken.
  6. Add a generous amount of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
