- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Chicken Breast, diced
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Bang Bang Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and peas, stir-frying until tender.
- Push ingredients to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the top and stir to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust the amount of Bang Bang sauce to your taste.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
