Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast, diced
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add carrots and peas, stir-frying until tender.
  5. Push ingredients to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
  6. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
  7. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the top and stir to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
