Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine the oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  6. Fill each muffin cup with the batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
