Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Pour the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
