Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
