- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, diced apples, and cinnamon.
- Take a spoonful of the cookie dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling and shape it into a ball.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
