Description

Make perfect poached eggs in your air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 egg fresh; cold or room temperature
  • 2 tbsp water per ramekin
  • cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
  • salt & pepper to taste, for serving
  • everything bagel seasoning optional
  • chili flakes optional
  • chopped parsley or chives optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Grease the ramekin with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the ramekin.
  4. Crack the egg into the ramekin carefully.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the ramekin with aluminum foil.
  7. Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes for a runny yolk.
  9. Remove the ramekin from the air fryer and let it sit for a minute.
  10. Garnish with optional toppings if desired.

Notes

  • You can adjust cooking time for firmer yolks.
  • Use fresh eggs for the best results.
