This Air Fryer Mahi Mahi is a quick and healthy dish that brings out the flavors of the fish with simple seasonings.

- 2 mahi mahi fillets, about 1 pound
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika, or smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter, divided
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the mahi mahi fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add garlic herb butter on top of the fillets.
