Description

This Air Fryer Mahi Mahi is a quick and healthy dish that brings out the flavors of the fish with simple seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi fillets, about 1 pound
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the mahi mahi fillets.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. During the last few minutes of cooking, add garlic herb butter on top of the fillets.
