Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
