- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
