- 2 medium Sweet Onions (like Vidalia)

Instructions
- Slice the sweet onions into quarters, leaving the base intact.
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk and lemon juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion into the buttermilk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated onions in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the tops of the onions with cooking spray.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
