  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (unseasoned)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • 2 teaspoons Oil (for spraying/brushing)
  • Your Favorite Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cod fillets into 8-10 pieces, about 1.5 to 2 inches wide.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs.
  5. Dip each piece of cod into the eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  7. Place the coated cod pieces in the basket in a single layer.

  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
