- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (unseasoned)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian Herbs
- 2 teaspoons Oil (for spraying/brushing)
- Your Favorite Dipping Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut cod fillets into 8-10 pieces, about 1.5 to 2 inches wide.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
- In another bowl, mix panko, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs.
- Dip each piece of cod into the eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place the coated cod pieces in the basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the top of the cod with oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
