Delicious Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs made with biscuits and apple pie filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, not flaky layers
  • 1 cup (243 g) apple pie filling, with apples cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar, apple pie spice, and cinnamon.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
  4. Flatten each biscuit in your hand.
  5. Add a spoonful of apple pie filling to the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush the melted butter over each sealed biscuit.
  8. Roll the biscuits in the sugar and spice mixture.
  9. Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
