Delicious Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs made with biscuits and apple pie filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, not flaky layers
- 1 cup (243 g) apple pie filling, with apples cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar, apple pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
- Flatten each biscuit in your hand.
- Add a spoonful of apple pie filling to the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the melted butter over each sealed biscuit.
- Roll the biscuits in the sugar and spice mixture.
- Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure to pinch the biscuits tightly to avoid leaks.
- You can use store-bought apple pie filling or make your own.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
