Ingredients

  • 3 yellow onions, medium
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, avocado oil, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the onion rings with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the coated rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
