This Ultimate Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake combines the flavors of cheesecake and strawberry in a simple, delicious dessert.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or whole (optional for garnish)
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and cake mix until crumbly.
- Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake layer in the baking dish.
- Pour the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining cake mix mixture over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Top with whipped topping and fresh strawberries, if desired.
