- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For thinner cookies, microwave the cold butter for a few seconds.
