Description

Taco Ranch Bites are a delicious appetizer combining ground beef, cheese, and ranch dressing in a crispy shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef preferably lean
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning premium brand
  • 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese preferably aged for richer flavor
  • 8 oz bottle premium Ranch dressing
  • 5 packs of 15-count frozen phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and green chiles to the beef mixture.
  5. Fill each phyllo tart shell with the beef mixture.
  6. Top each filled shell with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
