Taco Ranch Bites are a delicious appetizer combining ground beef, cheese, and ranch dressing in a crispy shell.

- 1 lb ground beef preferably lean
- 1 oz packet taco seasoning premium brand
- 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese preferably aged for richer flavor
- 8 oz bottle premium Ranch dressing
- 5 packs of 15-count frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Add the diced tomatoes and green chiles to the beef mixture.
- Fill each phyllo tart shell with the beef mixture.
- Top each filled shell with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by choosing a different taco seasoning.
- These bites are best served warm.
- Try adding toppings like jalapeños or olives for extra flavor.
