  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven, drizzle with the sauce, and toss to coat.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
