A delicious and moist sweet potato bread recipe that is easy to make.

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugars and oil.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Add milk and mashed sweet potatoes, mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
- Great with butter or cream cheese.
