A delicious strawberry cream cheese cobbler that’s easy to make and perfect for dessert.

- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the strawberries over the batter.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter over the strawberries.
- Add cream cheese cubes on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
