Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a tasty and nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder.
  2. Add cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
