Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the chicken and stir well.
  6. Add noodles to the pan and mix with the chicken.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until noodles are heated through.
